 Simpsonville, South Carolina Bed and Breakfast: Our house was built in 1905, but after lots of additions and renovations it is completely up to date inside. We are conveniently located on South Main Street in Simpsonville, SC, just off I-385 and close to I-85.

1 stick margarine
1 stick butter
5 eggs
1/2 tsp. Almond
Pinch salt
2 cups flour
1 3/4 Cups sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 t. lemon
Pinch mace

Cream sugar and butter, add flavoring and salt. Add eggs one at a time. Add flour gradually while beating. Pour into well-greased cake pan. Bake at 300 one hour. (May use all butter).
